摘要
采用变频调速技术对料车卷扬调速生产线进行技术改造。在分析料车卷扬调速生产线的技术要求后,通过PLC程序控制变频器对三相异步电动机进行低、中、高三速运行,达到调速目的。本文通过计算选取了控制系统中三相异步电动机、变频器和PLC的型号,以及变频器制动电阻的大小,并设计了PLC控制变频器的系统方案,设置了变频器参数。新系统的运行将给企业带来较大的经济效益。
The technical reformation of skip hoist speed production line adoptsfrequency conversion technology.In the requirements analysis master winch speed production line technology, inverter is low, for three-phase asynchronous motor through the PLC program control of middle and high speed operation, to achieve the purpose of regulating speed. This paper selects the three-phase asynchronous motor, frequency converter and PLC in the control system model through calculation, and the size of inverter braking resistor,and design the system scheme of PLC inverter control, inverter parameter settings. New system will bring greater economic benefits to the enterprise.
