This paper introduces the characteristics and working principle of liquid level measurement instrument, the in Urumqi MTR Tuen three monument in the process of the exploration of application are discussed in detail. By using water level detector to find out regional groundwater hydrology rule, determine the pumping test in the process of lowering the deep value, to calculate the reasonable hydrogeological parameters.
