In product development,application of analog to digital converter is an important work of developers.This paper introduces how to use MATLAB to quickly develop a ADC application evaluation tool software,and presents the analysis method of ADC code of uncertainty using histogram and noise code width. Through the analysis of digital filtering effect on a smart meter,the availability of tool software is verified.
