摘要
为了更好地模拟出常减压换热网络中原油-脱前原油、脱后原油-初馏塔底原油、初底油-常压炉原油之间各个换热器的出口温度,本文从能量守恒、质量守恒等机理方程出发,利用分布参数分段集中化的思想建立了管壳式换热器动态机理模型,建立了换热器的状态空间模型,利用MATLAB仿真软件计算并模拟出了原油-脱前原油、脱后原油-初馏塔、初底油-常压炉之间各个换热器的出口温度。结果表明,该模型可以较为准确的仿真出各个换热器的出口温度。
In order to better simulate the outlet temperature of between crude oil and crude oil before taken off,crude oil after take off and crude oil of the primary tower,primary oil and crude oil of atmospheric furnace in the CDU heat exchange network,from the point of view of the energy conservation equation,mass conservation mechanism,a dynamic mechanical model of the tube-and-shell heat exchangers was built by means of the method of piecewise centralizing the distributed system parameters,and built the state space model of the heat exchanger to calculate and simulate each heat exchanger outlet temperature between crude oil and crude oil before taken off,crude oil after take off and crude oil of the primary tower,primary oil and crude oil of atmospheric furnace by MATLAB simulation software.The results showed that the model can accurately simulate outlet temperature of each heat exchanger in the CDU heat exchange network.
