摘要
数字化制造是当今制造业的发展趋势,运动控制卡在数字化制造中占有重要地位。故本课题使用IPC+MAC3002SSP4运动控制卡,把数字制造装备整合到数字制造系统中,使系统具有自动化加工和检测的功能。在Windows操作系统下运用VB6.0构建数字化制造系统的功能模块。结果表明本课题设计的数字化制造系统具有一定的开放性、柔性。
The digital manufacturing is the trend of the intending manufacturing development. This article aims at integrating the digital manufacturing equipment into one network by using IPC and motion control card, thus can machine and assemble automatically. The system can realize the function of module in the Windows OS. The project shows that the digital manufacturing is open and flexible.
