摘要
压缩机是一种常用的气体运输设备,它广泛应用于天然气输送、空气钻井、化工制药等方面,但由于压缩机工作时经常会发生"喘振"现象,这将严重影响压缩机的正常运行,甚至威胁安全生产。本文介绍了一种用单片机实现的压缩机防喘振控制过程,它与由多个运算放大器组成的模拟控制电路相比,具有工作稳定,控制无滞后、精度高等优点。
The compressor is a kind of common gas transportation equipment, it is widely used in natural gas transportation, air drilling, chemical pharmaceutical and other aspects, but because of the compressor work often 'surge' phenomenon, which will seriously affect the normal operation of the compressor, and even threat to the safety in production. This paper introduces the anti surge control of a single-chip implementation of the compressor, compared with analog control circuit is composed of a plurality of operational amplifiers, has the advantages of stable operation, no lag, high accuracy control.
