摘要
为了适应变性淀粉小批量制造需求,本文采用一种基于三层体系结构的柔性工艺制造控制系统,有效地降低了系统复杂度,提高了系统的稳定性和扩展性。成功满足了变性淀粉生产的多批次、多工艺要求。
In order to meet the modified starch manufacturing requirements of small batch production, this paper adopts a control system of flexible manufacturing process, it is based on the three layer system structure, effectively reduce the complexity of the system, improve the system stability and scalability. Successfully meet the requirements of multi batch, multi process of modified starch production.
