摘要
协议宏功能是OMRON系列可编程控制器(PLC)的一种串行通信方式,支持与具有RS-232C或RS-422A/485串口且支持半双工或全双工模式的外部通用设备的通信。本文介绍了协议宏的功能和结构,采用协议宏指令实现了PLC与变频器之间的通信设计,并成功应用于水电厂泄洪闸门吊车行走位置控制中。工程应用表明,运用此方法编程简单、可靠性高、调试方便。
The protocol macro function is a kind of serial communication mode of OMRON PLC. It supports communication with external universal devices such as RS-232 C or RS-422A/485 serial port with half-duplex and full duplex mode.This paper introduced the function and structure of protocol macro. The communication between PLC and frequency converter is realized by employing PMCR and successfully applied to the crane position control of flood discharge gate system in hydropower plant. The project application shows that this communication method has the advantages of simple programming,high reliability and convenient debugging.
