摘要
针对传统测试方法在测量精度、人机操作方面的不足,本文设计了一种利用Lab VIEW软件开发设计的铝电解槽带电焊接装置测试系统人机界面。该系统采用modbus rtu协议进行数据通信,具有模拟铝电解槽相关参数进行上位机测试;模拟上位机实现采集数据的显示以及现场参数的控制等功能。该测试系统的人机界面成本低,使用方便灵活,可实时显示电压、温度、档位,设置测试所需电压温度档位的值。利用Lab VIEW进行系统设计,使系统具有较好的人机界面,后期修改、扩展容易。
To solve the shortage of traditional testing method in measuring accuracy and man-machine operation aspect, this paper designs a testing system for Aluminium cell electric-welding equipment using Lab VIEW development software. The system uses Modbus RTU protocol for data communication, simulates aluminum cell related parameters to the upper computer test; upper computer can realize data display and field parameter control etc. The man-machine interface of the test system is low-cost, flexible and convenient, which can display the voltage, temperature, position in real time, set the required voltage and temperature gear for testing. The system is designed by LabVIEW, so that the system has good man-machine interface, easy to modify and extend on later.
