网络新媒体环境下图书馆参考咨询服务系统研究

Research on the reference service system of the Library under the new media environment

图书馆参考咨询服务在网络新媒体环境下有了新的发展契机,本文首先从资源共享的实现、发挥馆员优势,提高服务质量以及奠定区域服务系统的基础三个方面论述了在网络新媒体环境下构建图书馆参考咨询服务体系的必要性,然后对图书馆参考咨询体系构建过程中应该遵循的指导思想和基本原则进行了深入的研究,并提出了相关服务策略。最后本文深入探讨了图书馆参考讨了服务体系的构建内容,包括理论构架、组织与结构、服务平台以及服务内容等,以期更好地提升图书馆的服务质量。

Reference and consultation service in Libraries under the environment of network new media with new opportunity for development, firstly, from the resource sharing implementation, librarians' advantage, improve the quality of service and lay a regional service system based on three aspects discusses the necessity of library reference service system constructing in the new media environment of the network, and then to the library reference consulting system in-depth study of the guiding ideology and basic principles should be followed in the process of constructing, and propose relevant service strategy. Finally, this paper deeply discusses the reference library to discuss the contents of the construction of the service system, including the theoretical framework, organization and structure, service platform and service content, in order to improve library service quality.
