摘要
柔性生产线教学设备已成为相关高职院校为企业培养柔性生产线维护、维修、调试技术人才的重要工具和手段。本文在已有柔性生产线设备及相关研究成果的基础上,结合高职院校的教学特点及企业对人才培养的实际需求,首先对柔性生产线教学设备控制系统的设计思路进行了讨论,然后对柔性生产线教学设备控制系统的电气控制系统和气动控制系统的设计进行了分析研究,可为柔性生产线教学设备的进一步研究开发及应用提供参考。
In higher vocational colleges,the teaching equipment of Flexible production line has become a important tool and means of training talent for the relevant enterprise. On the basis of the existing teaching equipment of flexible production line and related research achievements, in conjunction with the teaching characteristics of higher vocational colleges and the actual demand of enterprises for talents cultivation, the design ideas of control system for teaching equipment of flexible production line are discussed.Then the design of electrical control system and pneumatic control system is analysed and researched. Some useful references can be provided for for the further research and development of teaching equipment of flexible production line.
