基于RFID技术的产品生产线管理系统设计与实现

Design and implementation of product line management system based on RFID technology

针对RFID技术在产品生产线上的应用需求和和优势,在研究生产线赋码技术、生产线装箱技术及RFID硬件操作技术的基础上,提出基于RFID技术的生产线管理系统设计。本文采用B/S系统架构,设计和开发了一套适用于酒产品生产线的全生命周期管理系统。介绍了系统物理架构及系统架构,采用层次化的设计结构实现产品数据服务器间访问与交互,实现了产品信息的动态赋码和生产线自动化装箱,对产品生产线的智能化管理、科学化生产、可视化作业具有重要的现实意义。

RFID technology for applications and advantages in the production line, on the basis of the research of the endowed production line technology, production line packing technology and RFID hardware operation technology, this paper proposed production line management system based on RFID technology. In this paper, we design and develop a suitable wine product line lifecycle management system adopting B / S system architecture. The paper introduces the system architecture, physical architecture and hierarchical design to implement product data access and interaction between the server, to achieve a dynamic endowed and automated production line packing product information, and has important practical significance for Product line for intelligent management,scientific production, visual work.
