摘要
设计一种实时心电采集及分析系统,在完成了信号的采集和调理的基础上,在LabVIEW下编程,采用生产者与消费者并行结构,进行采样数据的读取。采用多分支的事件结构编程,完成了实时心电波形的图形显示、信号的滤波分析及前面板测试信息的存储。采用小波变换的方法,先后进行小波去势滤波、小波去噪滤波、波峰/波谷特征点检测。计算心率,并进行心率变异(HRV)分析。
Design a real-time ECG acquisition and analysis system, at the completion of the signal acquisition and conditioning,on the basis of programming in LabVIEW, using the parallel structure of producers and consumers, sampling data read. With the help of the multi-branch event structure programming, real-time graphic display of ECG waveforms and signal filtering analysis and test information stored on the front panel. Adopt the method of wavelet transform, wavelet castration filtering, wavelet denoising filtering, peak/trough feature point detection. Calculate the heart rate and heart rate variation(HRV) analysis.
