高速高精台式平面近场扫描架的设计与实现 被引量:2

摘要 在天线平面近场测试系统中,平面近场扫描架是实现其高精度测量的保证之一。随着天线技术的不断发展,天线平面近场测试对平面近场扫描架的要求也不断提升。扫描架的测试精度、测试效率直接关系到平面近场测试系统的测试性能。提出了一种由直线电机、直线光栅尺等关键器件组成的高速高精台式平面近场扫描架。该近场扫描架具有定位精度高、平面度高、响应速度快等优点。测试结果表明:该扫描架重复定位精度优于0.01mm RMS,平面度优于0.02mm RMS,扫描速度大于0.6m/s,整体性能指标较目前国际同等规模天线平面近场扫描架有明显优势。 In the field of antenna planar near-field measurement system, planar near-field scanner is one of the guarantees to achieve the high precision measurement. With the continuous development of antenna technology, the requirements for the planar near-field scanner are also improved. Measure performance of the planar near-field measurement system is related to the accuracy and efficiency of the near-field scanner, directly. A high speed and high precision desktop planar near-field scanner which is com-posed of linear motor, linear encoder and etc. is designed. The scanner has advantages such as high positioning accuracy, high flat-ness, fast response speed, and etc. Experimental results show that the repeated positioning accuracy is better than 0.01mmRMS, the flatness is better than 0.02mmRMS, and the scanning speed is faster than 0.6m/s. Compare with the international scanners with the same dimension, the overall performance of the scanner has great advantages.
