ABS附着系数利用率测试方法研究

Study on the test method of ABS attachment coefficient

附着系数利用率是汽车防抱死制动系统(ABS)的重要评价指标之一,本文深入研究了附着系数利用率的测试方法,分析其误差来源,并用实车验证了测试过程中由于驾驶员不能精确控制制动力,导致测试结果误差大。为此设计了一种踏板行程限位装置,利用该装置进行试验,可减小附着系数利用率测试误差,明显改善测试重复性,提高测量的工作效率。

The adhesion coefficient utilization is one of the important evaluating parameters of the anti-lock braking system(ABS). In this paper, the testing method for the adhesion coefficient utilization is studied and the error sources are analyzed. Experiments show that non precise control for brake force results in the big error during testing. A kind of stop block was designed and constructed which was presented to reduce the testing error, to improve the testing repeatability and the testing efficiency.
