摘要
介绍一种基于STC89C52单片机的水温模糊控制系统,使水温能够在一定范围内人工设定,并在环境温度改变时实现自动调节。分别以温度偏差和偏差的变化率作为系统的输入,经过单片机内模糊PID算法处理后产生的信号作为输出,控制风扇风冷和电热丝加热来实现对水温的实时恒温控制。系统克服了水温的大时滞性,保证了水温的精确控制,具有较强的稳定性和抗干扰性。
This paper introduces a kind of temperature fuzzy control system based on STC89C52 single-chip microcomputer,which can be set up in a certain range and automatically adjust the temperature of the environment. Respectively to changes in temperature deviation and deviation rate signals as the input of the system, the microcontroller through the fuzzy PID algorithm is used to produce as output, to achieve real-time temperature of water temperature control fan cooling and heating control. The system overcomes the large time delay of the water temperature, and ensures the precise control of the water temperature, and has strong stability and anti- jamming.
