摘要
随着科学技术的发展,出现了人机一体化自动化机械制造系统,该系统可以提高工作效率,减少工人的劳动强度。该系统的人机一体化主要在三个层面实现,分别为感知层、控制层和执行层,这三个层面相互结合,完成自动化的操作任务。本文分析了人机一体化自动化制造系统的结构及不同自动化系统的控制策略。
With the development of science and technology, there is a system of automatic machine manufacturing, which can improve the working efficiency and reduce the labor intensity of workers. The system of human machine integration is achieved in three levels, respectively, the perception layer, control layer and implementation layer, these three levels are combined to complete the automation of the operation task. In this paper, the structure and control strategy of the integrated automation manufacturing system and the different automation systems are analyzed in this paper.
