摘要
X-Y-Z三轴协调运动控制采用西门子S7-200 Smart PLC、伺服驱动器、伺服电机、编码器等构成闭环控制系统。本文在介绍S7-200 Smart PLC和伺服驱动器连接方式的基础上,重点介绍使用S7-200 Smart PLC特有的运动控制向导实现三轴协调运动控制的方法,上位机采用Wincc6.0组态实现电机运动状态实时监控和参数设置。经初步调试,该系统可满足三轴协调运动的要求。
The X-Y-Z three axis coordinated motion control use Siemens S7-200 Smart PLC,Servo drives,Servomotor and Encoder to structure the closed-loop control system.This paper focus on the methods of using unique Motion Control Wizard of S7-200 Smart PLC to realize three axis coordinated motion control.The upper computer use Wincc6.0 to realize monitoring of motor sports status and parameter settings. After the preliminary debugging,This system can Meet the requirements of three axis coordinated motion control.
