摘要
为了实现对风力发电机组齿轮箱的运行状态的在线监测,采用zig Bee无线通信网络技术,对齿轮箱的温度和振动信息进行多点采集,减少了接线,降低了复杂度;并应用Lab VIEW软件开发远端监测诊断软件对数据进行分析处理,由功率谱分析故障结果,方便于工作人员的分析;本系统在实验测试中,达到了预期效果。
