智能控制器在冷冻式压缩空气干燥机中的应用

Application of intelligent controller in freeze type compressed air dryer

分析了压缩空气干燥原理,提出一种基于智能控制器的冷冻式压缩空气干燥机的控制系统。实践表明该系统测量精确,故障率低,制造成本低等优点。

This paper reviewed the principle of drying by using refrigerated and compressed air, and proposed a new type of control system based on intelligent controller for the refrigerated and compressed air dryer. This paper described the detail software and hardware design scheme. Examples of actual application have demonstrated that this control system has many advantages such as simple architecture, high measurement accuracy, low failure rate, and low manufacturing cost.
