大功率直流电动机调速系统电源控制器设计

摘要 基于开关电源技术,以单片机为控制核心设计了大功率直流电动机调速系统电源控制器。用单片机控制的直流斩波电源对直流电动机进行调压调速,实现电动机快速灵敏的闭环调速。通过用单片机控制电力电子开关的占空比,达到对电动机进行调速的目的。单片机通过驱动电路控制电力电子开关的通断。 A power controller of high-power DC motor was designed based on technology of switching power supply in this paper. The microcomputer on single chip(MSC) was used as a core of control. The speed of DC motor was modulated with DC chopper power supply controlled by MSC, realizing the closed-loop speed control of motor, rapidly and sensitively. The duty rate of power electronic switch was adjusted by MSC to control the speed of motor. The operating status of power electronic switch was controlled with the driving circuit designed for connecting MSC.
