摘要
秦山核电二期3号机组汽轮机在首次大修后出现高压缸中分面漏汽缺陷,302大修处理效果不佳。本文针对该缺陷进行根本原因分析,探讨处理措施,从外缸螺栓紧固、密封胶使用等方面研究高压缸漏汽机理及预防手段,并对该型汽轮机高压缸扣缸检修工艺进行优化分析,新工艺在4号机组首次大修得到成功验证。
The high pressure casings of steam turbine appears leakage after the first maintenance on the 3rd unit of Qinshan Phase Ⅱ Project, and the defect stain still after the second maintenance. To analysis final reasons, talk about treatment measures in this article. To analysis the mechanism and measures of leakage from bolt fastening and sealant using, then optimization the maintenance technology of high pressure casing closing. The new technology was valid success in the first maintenance of 4th unit of Qinshan Phase Ⅱ Project.
