The main content of this paper is: a comparison of the characteristics of the neural network in the non plug type modeling, the use of different neural networks to build a plug-in model and the inverse model of the ultrasonic testing system, a precise model of the ultrasonic testing system. Also briefly introduced the virtual instrument and its application, and established the virtual ultrasonic pressure signal wavelet analyzer and virtual ultrasonic pressure measuring instrument, these two virtual instruments can be easy to realize the system modeling and ultrasonic signal wavelet transform. Some characteristics of wavelet transform in signal processing are introduced, and the problem of measuring ultrasonic signal is studied by wavelet transform.
