基于MVC模式的医院预约挂号系统优化设计

门诊挂号一直是困扰医院提升服务质量的一个重要环节,尤其是对于医疗水平高、门诊量大的中和综合型医院来说,门诊拥挤是一个非常普遍的现象。因此,本文提出了基于MVC模式的医院预约挂号系统优化设计,该系统对预约源、医生出诊、预约患者、违约等问题进行自动化管理,将所有的数据通过医院的预约挂号系统传送到医院的数据库中,由医院统一预约服务。这样不仅解决了"看病难,挂号难"的问题,使得公众可以公平的获取门诊挂号资源,还提升了医院预约挂号的管理水平,扩展了医院的服务质量,提高了医院的竞争力。

Outpatient registration has been plagued hospitals to upgrade the service quality is an important link, especially for the high level of medical, outpatient and comprehensive hospitals, outpatient congestion is a a very common phenomenon. Therefore, this paper proposes the appointment and registration system optimization design based on MVC pattern of hospital, the system on the book, doctor visits, appointment patients, breach of contract, such as the problem of automatic management, will all the data through the hospital appointment registration system is transferred to the hospital database in, unified by the hospital booking service. This will not only solve the 'difficult to see a doctor, registration difficult problems, making the public fair access to outpatient registration resources, but also to enhance the management level of the hospital appointment registration, extend the service quality of the hospital, improve the competitiveness of the hospital.
