摘要
基于DSP(Digital Signal Processing)与通用串行总线接口技术设计了一种高速高精度数据采集系统,实现了对现场数据的采集与分析。本数据采集系统以DSP最小系统为核心,利用DSP的模数转换模块、串行外设接口模块和CAN(Controller Area Network)控制器等模块完成了数据采集系统硬件开发,并使用CCS3.3编程软件进行了DSP软件开发。本文使用组态王软件设计了上位机监控界面,完成了PC机与DSP间的串口通信,多个DSP之间使用CAN总线进行通信,实现了对现场数据的实时监测,提高了系统的数据传输速率和抗干扰能力。本系统具有配置简单、编程灵活、界面简洁直观、实时性强等优点。
A field data acquisition system with high speed and high precision was designed and accomplished based on DSP(Digital Signal Processing) and universal serial bus interface. The data acquisition system can collect and analyzed the data. The DSP minimum system is used as the core in the system. The hardware circuits were finished by using DSP analog-to-digital conversion module, serial peripheral interface module and CAN(Controller Area Network) control module, and the application program was written with CCS3.3. The PC monitoring interface was designed with Kingview, finishing serial port communication between PC and DSP, as well as communication among DSPs, realizing real time monitoring of field data. The transmission rate of data and the capability of anti-interference were much improved. This system has the advantages of simple configuration, flexible programming, simple intuitive interface and real time.
