摘要
在城市供水、污水处理等系统中,特别是在高层住宅楼和宾馆的供水系统,为提高供水质量,合理控制水泵的工作状态,将工控组态技术应用于恒压供水系统,有效监控水的流量、水泵的扬程和管网中的水压大小,实现对供水系统工作情况的实时显示、控制、报警、记录等功能,并通过智能变送器方便快捷的设置PID相关参数,结合变频器、PLC来实现水泵的启动、制动和调速,获得较高的工作效率和良好的节能效果,得到企业广泛的应用。
In water supply systems such as the urban water supply system, sewage disposal system and, especially the water supply system for high-rise apartment building and hotels, configuration techniques are utilized in stable-pressure water supply system to improve the quality of water supplied, control the working performance of water pumps properly, monitor water flow, pumping head and water pressure in pipes effectively to realize the function of displaying, controlling, alarming and recording etc. for the water supply system. Set PID related parameters with smart transmitter. Start, control and adjust the water pump with transducer and PLC to gain a higher efficient work performance and better energy saving effects and finally be widely utilized in companies.
