摘要
主要介绍现场总线控制系统在硬件设计过程中,通过应用失效分析的一些基本方法,进行产品可靠性设计、计算;并采用了降额设计、热设计、漂移设计、电磁兼容设计、维修性设计和冗余设计等几种降低失效率的设计方法,大大提高了控制系统的可靠性、降低了故障率。
Is mainly introduced in this paper the fieldbus control system in the hardware design process, through the application of failure analysis of some of the basic method, with product reliability design and calculation; and the derating design, thermal design, drift design, electromagnetic compatible design, maintainability design and redundancy design several design methods to reduce the failure rate, greatly improving the control system reliability and reduce the failure rate.
