摘要
以工作经验为依据,从专业设计人员的角度,分析石油化工设计单位投标争取承接国外项目时所面对的语言,设计文件结构和时间等方面的困难和障碍,探讨克服这些困难,提高设计工作效率和投标成功率的途径。
Based on the working experience,from the perspective of professional designers,analysing the difficulties and obstacles of petrochemical design bidding units to undertake foreign projects,to overcome these difficulties,to improve the design efficiency and discuss the method of bidding.
