有机硅流化床床层高度监控方案 被引量:1

摘要 结合有机硅生产工艺要求,分析了流化床床层高度控制的重要性、控制特点和控制方案。具体研究了流化床床层高度检测方法、仪表及配套设施选用方案,本文引入了软测量技术概念,构建了软测量方法及数学模型,阐述了现场安装要点,克服了以往测量方法的缺点,此监控方案符合安全、健康、节能环保要求。 In this paper,in combination with organic silicon production process requirement,analysis the importance of fluidized bed bed height control,control characteristics and control plan research of fluidized bed bed height detection methods,instruments and facilities selection scheme,this paper introduces the concept of soft measurement technology,builds the soft measurement method and mathematical model,this paper expounds the key points of installation,overcome the disadvantage of the method of measurement,the monitoring scheme can meet the demands of safety,health,energy conservation and environmental protection.
