摘要
钢铁企业的高炉煤气管网一般存在上下游直管段不足的问题,而目前已有的流量计精度等级均在流场充分发展的理想状态下获得。为了获得流量计在工况条件下的线性度和精度等级,特采用复杂流态流体计量研究方法,针对两种不同流量计在不同直管段条件下的计量现状,对高炉煤气的工况条件进行数字化分析和工况标定,得到工业环境下流量计的实际线性误差和精度等级,为高炉煤气的科学利用打好基础。
Insufficient upstream and downstream straight pipe section is a general problem in the blast furnace gas( BFG) pipe in the iron & steel plant,but the flowmeter measuring the BFG is calibrated under the fully development ideal state. In order to obtain the linearity and accuracy grade of the flowmeter under the working condition,the method of complex flow fluid measurement is used to measure the the blast furnace gas flow under the working conditions with different straight pipe sections and different flowmeters. The real linearity and accuracy grade under working conditions are obtained through the digital analysis and working condition calibration technology,which is the foundation of using the BFG scientifically.
