使用RSLogix5000实现油浆过滤系统全自动控制

油浆过滤系统是从油浆中除去FCC催化剂粉末,过滤系统可处理25公吨/小时的油浆。过滤系统的过滤器同时在线工作,轮流反冲洗,持续性操作。为了实现连续性的操作,采用Rockwell公司的RSLogix5000PLC实现油浆过滤系统全自动控制,通过列图等形式着重阐述作者对控制系统的设计^([15])、构建过程及控制方案组态。

Oil slurry filtration system is removed FCC catalyst powder from the oil slurry,filtration system can handle 25 metric tons/hour of slurry.Filtration system filters works online at the same time,remark back flush operation in turn sustainable.In order to achieve the operations continuously,the automatic control of oil slurry filtration system is realized by using Rockwell company RSLogix5000 PLC,emphatically in this paper,the author through column chart and other forms of design,constructs process and control scheme of the control system configuration.
