液相加氢精制装置的几个重要自动控制回路

加氢精制是柴油加氢的一个重要炼油工艺,反应部分的仪表和设备、阀门等均在高温高压临氢条件下工作,装置的控制重点在反应部分。必须在DCS系统中对重要的控制进行设定,才能保证装置的安全平稳运行。本文以液相加氢装置为例,着重从几个自动控制角度来说明在设计过程中需要注意的问题及关键控制点。

Hydrofining is an important oil refining process of diesel oil hydrogenation.Instruments,equipment and valves,etc. in reaction part are all worked under the condition of high temperature,high pressure and hydrogen present.The key control is reaction.The important control must be set in DCS to ensure the safety and smooth operation of the device.Liquid phase hydrofining is given for example in this paper and several automatic controls are illustrated to explain some questions and key points need to pay attention in design.
