“华龙一号”核电厂内置换料水箱钢衬里焊缝泄漏监测装置研究

摘要 提出一种"华龙一号"核电厂内置换料水箱(IRWST)钢衬里焊缝泄漏监测装置,鉴于该装置安装环境的特殊性,通过对核电厂常用顶装液位监测仪表包括机械缆式液位开关、顶装磁浮子液位开关、顶装磁翻板液位计、导波雷达液位变送器、浮筒液位变送器以及压力法测液位等各类仪表进行适用性分析,对比其优缺点,最终选择电浮筒液位变送器作为高性价比、高可靠性的设计方案,它能准确监测安注系统内置换料水箱钢衬里焊缝泄漏,及时报警,保证系统稳定运行;同时可大大节省安装空间,不用定期调校,便于维护。 A leakage measurement device for steel liner weld seam in IRWST for HPR1000 is proposed.Because of special installation environment,several top-mounted level instrument such as wire-rope type,magnetic float,magnetic flap,guided wave radar,float-type level switch or transmitter are analyzed or compared with each other.Their applicabilities,merits and drawbacks are all considered.Electric float level transmitter is chosen as the highest cost performance and reliability.It can measure the leakage for steel liner weld seam of IRWST exactly and send out alarm information in good time.Steady working can be ensured and it can save more installation space.The instrument needn’t be adjusted periodically and easy to repair.
