摘要
城市高压电网继电保护自动装置受到外界的不确定因素干扰较大,运行安全性不好,需要安全性评估,提出一种基于继电保护自动装置运行安全性线性反馈的安全评估方法,构建城市高压电网故障下的继电保护自动装置运行安全性数据采集和信号生成模型,采用连续小波变换来分析继电保护自动装置运行安全性的电流信号、差压信号和功率输出,将采集数据和特征提取结果输入到城市高压电网故障分析和安全性评估的专家系统中,结合相关性检测匹配方法进行高压电网继电保护自动装置运行安全性评估。仿真结果表明,采用该方法进行城市高压电网继电保护自动装置运行安全性评估准确性较好。
The automatic relay protection device of urban high voltage power network is disturbed by the uncertain factors of the outside world,and its operation safety is not good,so it needs safety evaluation.This paper presents a safety evaluation method based on linear feedback of the operational safety of automatic relay protection devices,and constructs a data acquisition and signal generation model for the operation safety of automatic relay protection devices in urban high voltage power network.The self-continuous wavelet transform is used to analyze the current signal,differential pressure signal and power output of the relay protection automatic device.The collected data and feature extraction results are input into the fault analysis and safety evaluation expert system of urban high-voltage power network,and the safety evaluation of the automatic relay protection device in high-voltage power network is carried out by combining the correlation detection and matching method.The simulation results show that the proposed method is accurate in evaluating the safety of automatic relay protection devices in urban high-voltage power network.
