摘要
在房屋建筑施工的过程中,传统施工控制管理方法存在效率低下的缺点,为此提出基于BIM结合GIS的房屋建筑施工自动控制管理研究。在分析已有控制管理方法的基础下,提出房屋建筑施工自动控制管理方法的框架,利用BIM技术准备房屋建筑施工数据,采用GIS方法对准备数据进行预处理,确定存在施工误差,采用最小二乘法进行误差调整,得到施工参数数据,将数据导入控制程序并照此执行,就能实现对房屋建筑施工的有效控制管理。实验数据表明,设计的房屋建筑施工自动控制管理方法比传统控制管理方法的效率高出20%,并具备极高的有效性。
In the process of building construction,the traditional construction control management method has the disadvantage of low efficiency.Therefore,the research of building construction automatic control management based on BIM and GIS is put forward.Using BIM technology to prepare building construction data,and then using GIS method to preprocess the data,we can find that there are construction errors.Using the least squares method to adjust the errors,the corresponding data or reports can be obtained.If we import the data into the process and execute accordingly,we can realize the effective control and management of building construction.The experimental data show that the design of building construction automatic control management method is more efficient 20% than the traditional control management method,and has a very high efficiency.
