基桩动测仪中基于AD977A的数据采集模块设计与实现 被引量:1

摘要 随着城市建设规模的扩大,基桩检测在保障建筑质量方面的重要性越来越突出,基桩动测仪是基桩检测中必不可少的仪器。而电子技术的发展使得基桩动测仪可以更加高效、准确地获得检测数据。《基桩动测仪》行业2017版标准的出台为基桩检测设备的设计和开发提供了指导。以2017版标准为依据,采用AD977A为A/D转换的核心器件,设计并实现了基桩动测仪中数据采集模块。经过测试,所实现的数据采集模块噪声峰峰值约为0.76 mV,数据采集绝对误差最大值为3.8 mV,而此时相对误差为0.096%。所设计系统可以进行采样频率为50 kHz的动态数据采集,能满足新版标准的设计要求。 With the rapid expansion of urban construction,the detection of foundation pile plays an important part in guaranteeing the quality of buildings.So the pile dynamic tester is one kind of the indispensable testing instruments.Furthermore,the development of electronic technology makes it more efficient and accurate to obtain the testing data.The 2017 edition standard about pile dynamic tester provides the guidance for developing new instrument.In this paper,based on this standard,the data acquisition for pile dynamic tester is designed and implemented by using AD977 A.After testing,the peak-peak value of system noise in this system is about 0.76 mV,the maximum absolute error of data acquisition is 3.8 mV and the relative error is 0.096%.The dynamic data can be sampled at 50 kHz and this design can meet the requirements of the new industry standard.
