摘要 电网清洁能源建设是整个环境保护领域的关键技术内容之一,经过长达10年的发展,我国的清洁能源的技术发展走在了世界的前列,且太阳能、电能等核心节能技术的发展都有所突破。太阳能发电装机容量首次跃居世界第一,在能源结构优化和绿色发展转型中发挥重要作用,成为我国清洁能源发展史上新的里程碑。通过清洁能源三基(即基础资料、基础信息、基础分析)的建设,能够促进清洁能源调度管理的规范化、精细化与智能化,能够有效地辅助调度部门做出更加科学合理的决策,大力提升清洁能源调度管理水平。本文以电网清洁能源的三基建设为主要研究对象,对其技术研究流程及相关的技术改进措施进行了相应分析。供相关专业学者研究参考。 The construction of clean energy of power grid is one of the key technical contents in the field of environmental protection.After 10 years of development,the technological development of clean energy in our country is in the forefront of the world,and the development of the core energy saving technology such as solar energy and electric energy has been broken through.Solar power installed capacity is the first in the world,it plays an important role in the optimization of energy structure and the transformation of green development.It has become a new milestone in the history of clean energy development in China.Through the construction of clean energy three bases(basic information,basic information,basic analysis),it can promote the standardization,refinement and intelligentization of the clean energy dispatching management,and can effectively assist the dispatching department to make more scientific and rational decision-making and improve the level of clean energy dispatching management.Taking the three base construction of clean energy in power grid as the main object of study,a corresponding analysis of its technological research process and related technical improvement measures is analyzed for the relevant professional scholars to study the reference.
