摘要
传统坐席管理系统缺乏在动态网络环境下对数据进行优化、协作处理的能力。为解决此问题,设计基于ActiveX的新型坐席协作管理系统。通过功能模块设计流程,为坐席数据查询分析架构、硬件管理平台提供可连接的通信节点,在ActiveX操作平台上对上述三个模块进行功能性统一,实现新型系统的管理体系结构设计。在此基础上,利用关键协作层次划分结果,为坐席多任务数据表提供依附脚本,再通过不断完善坐席数据的循环通信流程,实现新型系统的协作机制设计,完成系统整体搭建操作。模拟系统运行环境设计对比实验结果表明,与传统系统相比,应用基于ActiveX新型坐席协作管理系统后,坐席数据在动态网络环境下的优化能力提升25%左右,协作处理能力提升18%左右。
Traditional seat management system lacks the ability to optimize and collaborate data in a dynamic network environment.To solve this problem,a new cooperative management system based on ActiveX is designed.Through the function module design process,it provides the connecting communication node for the seat data query analysis architecture and the hardware management platform.On the ActiveX operating platform,the three modules are functionally unified and the management architecture of the new system is designed.On this basis,using the key collaboration level to divide the results,providing the attachment script for the seat multitask data table,then through the continous improvement of the seating data circllation commumcation process,the collaboration mechanism design of the new systems is realized and the overall construction operation of the systemis compreted.The comparison experiment results of the simulation system operating environment design show that,compared with the traditional system,the optimization ability of the seat data in the dynamic network environment is about 25%,and the cooperative processing ability is improved by about 18%.
