摘要
兰州重离子加速器实验室是国家重点实验室,在加速器运行过程中为了提高加速器的运行效率,减少故障率,采用了水冷方案对其降温。但由于工作人员的监控现场远离设备现场环境,不能及时发现水泄漏故障的发生。在这种情况下,为了能够准确的对水冷却系统出现水泄漏情况在远程进行准确的定位监控,通过对嵌入式系统的互联网接入方案的详细分析与研究,结合水冷却系统的现场情况,最终实现了水泄漏监测定位控制器的Internet接入,使得工作人员可以远程监控故障的发生,大大提高了工作人员监控工作的工作效率。
Heavy Ion Accelerator Laboratoryof Lanzhou is a national key laboratory.In order to improve the operating efficiency of the accelerator and reduce the failure rate during the operation of the accelerator,a water cooling scheme is adopted to cool it.Because the monitoring site of the staff is far away from the equipment site environment,the occurrence of water leakage failure cannot be discovered in time.In this case,in order to accurately and accurately monitor the water leakage of the water cooling system,accurate positioning monitoring is performed remotely.Through detailed analysis and research on the Internet access scheme of embedded systems,Combined with the on-site situation of the water cooling system,the Internet access of the water leakage monitoring and positioning controller is realized.Allows staff to monitor remotely finally.Staff members can monitor the occurrence of faults remotely,which greatly improves the efficiency of staff monitoring work.
