大型变电站预制舱噪声自动化抑制方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 大型变电站预制舱面积的不断扩大以及人们对居住环境要求的提升,导致预制舱噪声扰民的情况越来越严重。对预制舱噪声源进行深入分析,发现预制舱噪声能量较大的分量主要为变压器和通风散热系统风机的低频噪声,这种低频信号在一段周期内较为稳定,不会发生突变。针对传统的噪声抑制方法采用吸声材料对变电站预制舱噪声进行降噪,针对所需成本较高的问题,提出一种大型变电站预制舱噪声自动化抑制的技术方案。该方案以节能为基本原则,从变电站预制舱关键设备选型和具体噪声抑制措施等多个角度提出有效的抑制措施,并采用Matlab仿真软件对噪声自动化抑制方法进行仿真验证,实验结果显示,运用所提方法对大型变电站预制舱噪声进行自动化抑制后,降噪可达32 dB(A),表明,所提方法能够有效降低变电站预制舱噪声,使降噪达到满意的效果。 The enlargement of the precast space of large substations and the improvement of people’s living environment cause more and more serious noise nuisance in precast cabin.The noise source of the prefabricated cabin is analyzed in depth.It is found that the main components of the prefabricated cabin noise energy are the low frequency noise of the transformer and the ventilation fan.This low frequency signal is more stable in a period of time and will not change.In view of the traditional noise suppression method,noise absorption materials are used to reduce noise of the prefabricated cabin noise.In order to solve the problem of high cost,a technical scheme for automatic noise suppression of large substation prefabricated cabin is proposed.The scheme takes energy saving as the basic principle,and effective suppression measures from several angles is put forward,such as the selection of key equipment and specific noise suppression measures of the prefabricated substation.The Matlab simulation software is used to simulate the noise automatic suppression method.The experimental results show that the proposed method is applied to the noise of the prefabricated cabin in large substations.After automatic suppression,the noise reduction can reach 32 dB(A),which shows that the proposed method can effectively reduce the noise of the prefabricated cabin in the substation,and achieve a satisfactory effect of noise reduction.
