步进梁加热炉内板坯跟踪的应用

摘要 炉内跟踪使生产透明化,炉内板坯信息一目了然地呈现于操作人员面前,使操作简单,对于整个系统的全自动化控制有至关重要的作用。板坯炉传动系统全自动控制信号,传统的做法都来自于二级系统下发,并根据获取的一级PLC信息进行板坯的载入、移动、载出模型操作。由于经过数据的通讯,存在时间差,且需要一级和二级系统极高的可靠性,以保障生产信息的准确无误的跟踪。采用一级全自动跟踪后,实现了一级系统全自动信号的自主性,大大地提高了跟踪信息的可靠性。 Furnace tracking makes the production transparent,and the slab information in the furnace is presented to the operators at a glance,which makes the operation simple and plays an important role in the automatic control of the whole system.Traditionally,the automatic control signal of slab furnace transmission system comes from the secondary system,and the slab loading,moving and loading model operation is carried out according to the acquired primary PLC information.Due to the communication of data,there is a time lag,and a high reliability of the primary and secondary systems is needed to ensure the accurate tracking of production information.After the first-level automatic tracking is adopted in this paper,the autonomy of the first-level automatic signal is realized,and the reliability of tracking information is greatly improved.
