摘要
板坯连铸车间现有SIEMENS-VAI双流板坯连铸机两台,使用配套的西门子S7可编程控制器在与相应的中包车塞棒伺服控制系统及液位检测设备配合的基础上,采用当前先进的双PID串级调节技术,使液位在整个浇铸过程中始终工作在工艺要求的范围内,在结晶器液位自动调节系统稳定的基础上,结合板坯浇铸工艺特点,将开浇过程中的人为操作程序进行实验优化,开发实现覆盖全钢种的全自动开浇技术,板坯连铸机的MLC液位控制系统,实现浇铸过程中钢水液位的稳定,保证板坯质量,并保证连续浇铸作业的生产稳定。本系统通过精确的液位检测,完善的串级控制算法,精密的执行机构,辅助以中包车塞棒的控制及结晶器振动的控制,确保了整个生产过程液位始终符合工艺要求。并基于液位控制技术自主开发板坯自动开浇技术,使自动化程度和品种生产稳定性提高。
The slab continuous casting workshop have two SIEMENS-VAI double machine.Using the matching Siemens S7 programmable controller in the tundish car with the corresponding stopper servo control system and liquid level detection device,the current advanced double PID cascade control technology is adepted,and the liquid level in the whole process of casting is always working in the range of process the automatic control system.Based on the stability of mold level,combined with the characteristics of slab casting process,human operating procedures is optimized in the process of pouring experiment optimization,and the automatic pouring technology covering the whole steel is deueloped and implemented.The MLC level control system of slab continuous casting machine is used to realize molten steel the liquid level in the process of casting stability,ensure the quality of slab continuous casting production,and ensure the stable operation of the.Through the accurate liquid level detection,Perfect cascade control algorithm,precision actuator,auxiliary to car stopper rod control and crystallizer vibration control,the entire production process liquid level is ensured to meet process requirements.And the slab automatic pouring technology based on liquid level control technology is developted,so that the degree of automation and variety of production stability is improved.
