无线微震检测仪设计与应用

摘要 页岩气储层渗透率超低,气体赋存状态复杂多变,采用常规天然气抽采方法显然不能实现持续、充足的开采量。目前,页岩气的开采通过压裂增透技术,已经实现了于长期稳定生产,极大提高了开采效率。为了检测压裂影响范围,检验裂缝发育状况,国内的科研单位引进了多种型号的微震仪,并开展了相关的科研工作。设计了一种无线传输的微震检测仪,介绍了微震检测统的原理与仪器各部分的组成。在西南地区页岩气压裂施工现场,通过大量的野外实验,验证了本款无线微震检测仪的各项性能。 Shale gas reservoir permeability is extremely low,its occurrence state is complex and changeable.It’s obviously unable to achieve sustained and sufficient exploitation that using the conventional natural gas extraction to exploit shale gas.At present,shale gas production has been realized in long-term stable production through fracturing and permeability enhancement technology,greatly improving the production efficiency.In order to test the influence range of fracturing and the development of fractures,many types of microseismographs have been introduced and related scientific research work has been imported.In this paper,a kind of microseism detector with wireless transmission is designed.The principle of the system and the design of each part of the instrument are introduced.The performance of the wireless microseism detector is verified by a large number of field experiments in the shale gas fracturing construction site in southwest China.
