基于信息一体化平台的高职国有资产管理系统设计

Design of state-owned assets management system in higher vocational education based on information integration platform

随着高职院校招生规模的逐步扩大,教学科研设施、房屋建筑、仪器设备及图书资料等国有资产随之增加,这对国有资产管理的方式提出了更高的要求。为了提高学校的国有资产信息化管理水平,文中采用B/S和SQL Server作为基本开发模式和底层数据库,提出了一套基于信息一体化平台的高职院校国有资产管理系统。在对高职国有资产管理的功能、性能、安全和网络等需求分析的基础上,给出了系统的软件架构、网络架构、功能模块、安全性以及数据库设计方案。设计的高职国有资产管理系统可以实现高职院校各类国有资产的管理、查询统计、分析及权限管理等功能,有效地提高了资产管理效率,且节约了管理成本。

With the gradual expansion of the scale of higher vocational education,the state-owned assets,such as teaching and research facilities,houses and buildings,instruments and equipment,as well as book materials,increase accordingly,which puts forward higher requirements for the state-owned assets management mode.In order to improve the information management level of the state-owned assets of the school,B/S and SQL Server are used as the basic development mode and the underlying database,and a set of state-owned assets management system based on the information integration platform is proposed in this paper.Based on the analysis of the function,performance,security and network of the state-owned assets management in higher vocational education,the software architecture,network architecture,function module,security and database design scheme of the system are presented.The state-owned asset management system designed in this paper can realize the function of the management of all kinds of state-owned assets in higher vocational education,such as inquiry statistics,analysis and authority management.It effectively improves the efficiency of asset management and saves the management cost.
