摘要
依托中石油集采项目为背景,开发了一种公称压力26 MPa、实验压力35 MPa、介质密度为0.7 g/cm^3的高压型磁翻板液位计,同时捆绑磁致伸缩液位变送器,实现了就地指示与信号远传的组合式测量。采用理论计算与有限元仿真分析相结合的方法,确定了薄壁浮子的笼状分节的内部支撑结构,这种结构的优点是不易倾斜,十字交叉,环环相扣,十分牢固,容易安装,可以根据压力和密度自由组合,以同时满足高压力和低密度的要求,克服了以高压磁浮子为核心的技术难题。并且依据标准确定了主体结构,包括主体管的外径、壁厚、排污结构和排气结构及法兰规格和法兰密封面结构,还重点探讨了排气口的密封结构及密封垫圈的选择。另外还通过有限元仿真的方法对扇形磁钢周围磁场分布情况进行了分析,以此设计符合磁致伸缩液位计捆绑后所需要的磁场强度,保证两者可以进行充分的耦合,可以产生磁致伸缩要求的回波强度,进而确定磁钢结构和外形尺寸。最终加工了样机,通过了压力测试和耦合性能测试。
Based on the China National Petroleum Collection Project,this article meanly focus on combined liquid level gauge of high pressure magnetic flip gauge binding magnetostrictive level transmitter,which has been developed with nominal pressure of 26 MPa,experimental pressure of 35 MPa and medium density of 0.7 g/cm^3.This product has been successfully realized combined with measurement of local indication and signal transmission.The combination of theoretical calculation and finite element simulation analysis is used to determine the internal support structure of the cage segment of the thin-walled float.The advantage of this structure is cross,interlocking,very strong,easy to install,and not easy to tilt.Meanwhile,it can be freely combined according to the pressure and density to meet the requirements of high pressure and low density,and to overcome the core technical problems of high voltage magnetic float at the same time.We have determined the main structure according to the standard,including the outer diameter,wall thickness,sewage structure and exhaust structure of the main pipe,flange specification and flange sealing surface structure,and also focused on the sealing structure of the exhaust port and the choice of sealing gasket.In addition,we also analyze the magnetic field distribution around the fan-shaped magnetic steel by means of finite element simulation,so as to design the magnetic field strength required after the magnetostrictive level gauge is bundled to ensure that the two can be fully coupled and generated.The echo strength required for magnetostriction,which in turn determines the structure and dimensions of the magnetic steel.Finally,we processed the prototype,which has passed the stress test and the coupling performance test.
