摘要
由于常规PID控制技术对电子通信设备的振动控制误差大、收敛速度慢,无法达到理想的控制效果,为此提出并设计了一种基于改进PID技术的电子通信设备振动控制系统。系统硬件采用可编程的PID逻辑芯片作为主控芯片,优化设计了功率放大器,建立了通信模块与主控模块,增加了控制指令的输出接口;系统软件为核心设计部分,利用PID技术,确定电子通信设备的基本控制参数,并生成模糊控制规则,同时改进PID控制算法,简化计算步骤,完成通信设备的振动控制系统设计。实验结果表明,采用改进PID技术的控制系统进行电子通信设备的振动控制,比传统系统的收敛速度高1 000 Hz/ms,且控制误差极低,具有很好的鲁棒性。
Because the conventional PID control technology has large error and slow convergence speed in vibration control of electronic communication equipment,it can not achieve the desired control effect.Therefore,a vibration control system of electronic communication equipment based on improved PID technology is proposed and designed.Programmable PID logic chip as the main control chip is used in system hardware,optimizes the power amplifier,communication module and main control module is established,the output interface of control instructions is added.The system software is the core design part,uses the PID technology is used to determine the basic control parameters of electronic communication equipment,and the fuzzy control rules is generated,at the same time the PID control algorithm is improved and the design is simplified.The design of vibration control system for communication equipment is completed by calculating steps.The experimental results show that the vibration control system based on improved PID technology has a 1 000 HZ/ms higher convergence speed than the traditional system,and the control error is very low,so it has good robustness.
