摘要
针对多数区域电网的无功电压控制方式较为落后,区域电网相互之间协调能力较弱,导致电力系统电压并未得到较好地控制,需要重新设计区域电力系统的无功电压控制方案这一问题。提出了区域电网分级电压控制方案,实现了对当前区域电网无功电压控制方式的优化。在电力系统自动电压控制(AVC)系统的基础上建立了电力系统调度模型,求解得到平均协调功率因数的最小限值并确定了平均协调功率因数和电力系统负荷水平关系曲线,在此基础上研究了电网网损最低的最优化潮流计算方法,最后对智能电网自动电压控制技术在电力系统规划中的应用性进行了工程验证,验证结果表明,所提出的无功电压控制方案对于区域电网无功电压的控制效果较好。
In view of the backwardness of reactive power and voltage control modes in most regional power grids and the weak coordination ability between regional power grids,the voltage of power system has not been well controlled,so it is necessary to redesign the reactive power and voltage control scheme of regional power system.In this paper,a hierarchical voltage control scheme for regional power grids is proposed,which realizes the optimization of reactive power and voltage control mode for current regional power grids.In this paper,a power system dispatching model is established on the basis of AVC system.The minimum value of average coordinated power factor is obtained and the relationship curve between average coordinated power factor and load level of power system is determined.On this basis,the optimal power flow calculation method for the lowest loss of power network is studied.Finally,the automatic voltage control technology of smart grid is presented.The application of the technology in power system planning has been verified in engineering.The results show that the proposed reactive power and voltage control scheme has a good control effect on the reactive power and voltage of regional power grid.
