摘要
现阶段我国工会工资集体协商工作在企业层面有四大主要特点值得关注,并应深入探讨其利弊得失。如果我们本着实事求是、与时俱进的求实态度,不拘泥于理论教条和所谓国际惯例,就可以根据实践中出现的新特点,全面深入地推动工会工资集体协商工作的展开。
