摘要
在一台双顶置凸轮轴、16气门的四缸汽油机上 ,研究了不同结构的EGR进气方式以及不同EGR进气温度对发动机综合性能的影响。结果表明 :冷却的EGR可以更大幅度地降低NOx 生成量 ,同时可以获得更好的发动机动力性和经济性。另外 ,试验结果还表明 ,对每一个工况来说 ,两者都存在一个最佳的EGR率。
The effects of cooled EGR and un-cooled EGR as well as the different ways and different temperatures of EGR entering into cylinder were investigated on the performance and NO x emissions of a four-cylinder gasoline engine with DOHC and 16 valves.The results revealed that the NO x emissions could be reduced dramatically by cooled EGR with the engine power and fuel economy also improved.In addition,there existed a corresponding optimum EGR rate for power,fuel economy and NO x emissions respectively.
