In this paper,the current requirement and situation of Railway Interlocking Monitoring Computer(RIMC) is analyzed,the main features of a newly developed embedded RIMC based on QNX is introduced ,and a software architecture for RIMC is set up by adopting modular design and software component /software bus technique .
